Pakistani users must upload a valid CNIC for verification.
By accessing our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and legal.
2. Service Description
Our app uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive business messages.
The app does not use or support WhatsApp Web or any unofficial versions.
The service connects your business number directly to the WhatsApp API for communication, automation, and chatbot integration.
3. Pricing & Payment
API usage charges (per message) are separate from monthly subscription plans.
Users must pay all dues before their next billing cycle.
If your WhatsApp number remains connected without payment, you are still responsible for the billed usage.
Failure to pay within 30 days may result in account suspension, and data will be deleted after 2 months of non-payment.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all communications sent via your connected WhatsApp number.
Spamming, unauthorized marketing, or violating WhatsApp’s policies is strictly prohibited.
5. Data & Account Management
User data is stored securely and used only for service-related functions.
If an account is inactive or unpaid for more than two months, all related data will be permanently deleted.
6. Legal & Compliance
This service complies with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API guidelines.
Using this platform implies agreement with WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Meta’s Developer Policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from misuse, unauthorized access, or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs or network providers.
